Global Village Reopens in Dubai Today: Rides, Entertainment, and Dh25 Entry Tickets Await Visitors

The popular multicultural attraction in Dubai, Global Village, has just opened its gates today (April 20, 2026), and the continuation of the landmark 30 th season. The resort is reopening at 5 pm, after temporarily closing due to regional tensions, and it will be a relief to residents and tourists who are keen to visit the place again.

The reopening reinstates one of the most frequented seasonal attractions in the UAE, with its blend of cultural experiences, shopping, dining, and live entertainment. Global Village has approximately 30 pavilions that symbolize over 90 cultures, thousands of retail stores, and a wide range of food, and as such, it is a major center of world experiences.

Tourists can also get to savor a large number of attractions once again, such as carnival rides, games, family-friendly shows, and live shows. Thousands of shows are performed at the venue during the season, and there are plenty of rides and entertainment options that can appeal to all age categories.

Entertainment, Tickets, and Visitor Information

Ticket prices are low, with weekday entry costs as low as Dh25, with any-day entry costs slightly higher. Children under the age of three years, senior citizens, and People of Determination remain free, and this means that families can access it.

The attraction is open every day between 5 pm and midnight on weekdays, and until 1 am on weekends and during public holidays, giving the visitor ample time to spend at the attraction.

Global Village was initially opened in 1997 and has become one of the leading attractions in Dubai, with millions of visitors coming to enjoy this event every season and contributing to the city’s tourism industry.
